General information
The Interagency Emergency Health Kit (IEHK) replaces the NEHK 98; the contents were revised by the WHO in collaboration with several agencies including ICRC, IFRC, UNICEF and UNHCR.
The IEHK (KMEDKIAE01) consists of:
10 Basic Units (KMEDKIAE01B) and 1 Supplementary Unit (KMEDKIAE01S).
Depending on local requirements, some or all of the modules listed below can also be added:
KMEDKIAE01BM Malaria Module for 1 Basic Unit
KMEDKIAE01SM Malaria Module for 1 Supplementary Unit*
KMEDKIAE01SN Narcotics and Psychotropics Module for 1 Supplementary Unit*
KMEDKIAE01SP PEP module for 1 Supplementary Unit*
* Items can be added to the IEHK packaging, no extra boxes are required.
Note that the International Federation’s IEHK always includes a PEP module and tramadol injections.
The Supplementary Units must be ordered with at least one Basic Unit.
