The skid-mounted water purification unit is designed to service population clusters in an emergency and in remote rural and urban areas where sweet surface water is available.
System output: 4m³ per hour (under optimal conditions).
Pump head: 35 metres .
Pump drive: diesel (electric optional).
Filter life:
- sand: unlimited
- activated carbon: approximately 20,000 m³ or 1 year
Maintenance:
- Backwash at frequent intervals (depends on raw water quality).
- Backwash and chlorination required before storage.
