Pencil sharpener, handheld, metal, with a screw-retained steel blade.
The dimensions of the opening must permit HB and coloring pencils (see corresponding specifications) to be sharpened to a long point cleanly, smoothly, consistently and uniformly.
The casing and metal blade must be secure and durable enough to withstand regular use.
The pencil sharpener should be easy to clean, with filings substantially removed by gentle tapping.
The sharpener must be comfortable to hold and use by children and be suitable for their safe and extended use.
