General information
Shelves for general storage of small items, or for pharmacy. The dimensions 1m x 2m x 0.5m with 5 shelves is recommended for pharmacies.
Wooden shelves should be painted with oil paint for easy washing.
Galvanized (or painted) metallic shelves are lighter and smaller to transport, as they can be disassembled.

- Wood shelves
Wood shelves made with strong 20mm planks, or preferably plywood of 12mm or thicker.
Uprights made of square wood pieces of 40x40mm minimum.
Uprights can also be made with steel, square or L-section, of minimum 25x25x1.5mm.
All pieces to be painted with minimum 1 undercoat plus 2 coats of oil paint, with smooth finish.
- Steel shelves
Galvanized steel sheets of 0.8mm thick minimum, with double fold on each side, and reinforcement in the middle lengthwise.
Each shelf to resist 80kg load minimum.
Uprights made of right-angled steel plate or other strong profile, 25x25x1.5mm minimum.
Assembling system simple and safe, without sharp components, preferably without bolts and nuts.
