Repair kit for flexible water tanks of PVC-coated polyester material (standard PVC tank material).
The glue is neoprene-specific for PVC sheets, and is not the same as PVC pipe glue.
The thinner is usually acetone, but thricloethylene, a highly flammable item, can also be used.
Thinner must be packed in a safe unbreakable container, and is subject to transport regulation.
