General information

Super cereal with Sugar is used by humanitarian agencies, Ministry of health, governmental and non-governmental organizations for treatment and prevention of moderate acute malnutrition. The product is intended for children from 5 years and adults.

Super cereal Corn formula with Sugar contains maize (64.3%), soya beans (24%), Sugar (10%) and vitamins and minerals premix. Super cereal with Sugar provides 380 kcal/100g of dry product.

Super cereal Wheat formula with Sugar contains wheat (63%), soya beans (25%), Sugar (10%) and vitamins and minerals premix. Super cereal with Sugar provides 380 kcal/100g of dry product

Super cereal with Sugar is packed in a 12kg or 25kg bag including a separate inner polyethylene liner and has a shelf life of 12 months from the dates of manufacture when stored dry at ambient temperatures prevalent in the country of destination.

Super cereal with Sugar is consumed like gruel or porridge by mixing an appropriate proportion of flour and clean water (i.e. 40g of Super cereal with Sugar with 250g of water) followed by a cooking time at simmering point from 5 to 10 minutes. It’s advised to add around 10ml of vegetable oil into the preparation. Caution: Reconstituted Super cereal with Sugar need to be consumed immediately.

Super cereal with Sugar must be stored under dry, ventilated and hygienic conditions. It is recommended to store the product at a relative humidity below 60% and temperature below 38 degrees Celsius.
